Kidstown International's Rusty Polinder: Evidence of Misconduct

**These materials remain published because they reflect evidence the current Board of Kidstown International allegedly declined to review before Rusty Polinder was briefly brought back to assist the organization. Some of the communications were also allegedly sent during work hours and while on ministry property, raising additional concerns about the misuse of donor-supported time and resources.

The following screenshots document a long-term pattern of behavior from Rusty Polinder while he was in a position of trust. These are not simply "disappointing mistakes"—the messages show explicit sexual content, a focus on keeping things secret, and a clear lack of professional boundaries.

A Failure of Oversight

What makes this situation even more concerning is that, according to written communications, the Kidstown International Board was reportedly given the chance to look at this evidence before they brought Rusty back. Instead, the majority of the Board chose not to review the materials, while the leader attempting to hold Rusty accountable was reportedly pushed out. 

Regarding Personal Boundaries

Beyond the sexual messages, we are also including communications where Rusty describes watching people through their windows and how much he enjoyed doing so. For an organization that works with vulnerable populations, this kind of behavior should be a non-negotiable red flag.
